As you are aware that Annamrita is engaged in serving underprivileged children across Kolkata, while providing nutritious meals to this children we found out that this children are generally deprived of sufficient School Kits which includes Pencil, eraser, Drawing book, Colour pencils, copies etc. They were even seen borrowing pencils and copies from others. Seeing this painful situation we decided to help these children with basic school kits. We then collaborated with different Companies and individuals to generate fund for providing School Kits for as many children possible.
Magma Foundation is one such Organization who helped us distribute Schools Kit Bag ( this includes Pencil, Eraser, Drawing Book, Color Pencils and Copies) to Thousands of School Kids. That was an wonderful opportunity for us to bring smile on the face of this small kids.

While the nutritious food provided by Annamrita nourishes the young children, they still require additional nutrition that can be fulfilled through Fruits. Fruits are considered as the best way to acquire multi vitamins and minerals which are essential for young minds and bodies. Keeping in view of this aspect we decided to come up with a program through which we can periodically supply fresh and seasonal fruits to the school children. For the last few years we are able to distribute fruits to the underprivileged school children as and when we get help from our donors. We generally supply Banana, Oranges, Apple to the school children.
